Audioship uses Stripe for checkout and subscription management. Card details are entered in Stripe's checkout or billing portal, not stored on Audioship servers.
For account-specific billing questions, contact support from the email address on your Audioship account and include the plan name and approximate payment date. Do not send full card numbers.
