Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand use of the Website and measure events such as page views, sign-ins, uploads, checkout activity, purchases, and refunds. We link Google Analytics with Google Ads to measure whether our advertising results in subscriptions. We do not serve third-party display advertisements on the Website.

Where prior consent is legally required, we keep non-essential analytics and advertising storage disabled until you choose. Elsewhere, analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default. You may allow analytics only, allow analytics plus advertising measurement, or disable both; personalized advertising remains disabled for every choice. Where prior consent is required and you have not yet chosen, campaign and Google Ads click parameters from your landing URL may be held only in memory so they are not lost when you move between Website pages; they are written to browser storage only if your choice permits the relevant analytics or advertising measurement. While storage is disabled, Google tags may still send limited cookieless signals, such as consent status and page or event activity, for aggregate measurement and conversion modeling. These signals do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

You can change or revoke your choices at any time using the Privacy choices control. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal by disabling non-essential storage and advertising user data; personalized advertising remains disabled in all cases, and limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent.

The information we collect automatically does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Website according to your individual interests.
  • Speed up your searches.
  • Recognize you when you return to our Website.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). We use essential cookies needed for functions such as authentication and security. Google Analytics or Google Ads may also use non-essential cookies or similar identifiers where enabled by the applicable regional default or your privacy choice. When you withdraw analytics or advertising consent, Audioship attempts to delete the related Google cookies that are accessible to the Website; you can also configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some Website functions may be unavailable if you block essential cookies.
  • Pixels and tags. Our pages may use pixels or tags to measure Website activity and subscription conversions.

Automatically collected information may be associated with information that you provide or that we receive from other sources, as described in this policy.

Google Analytics and Google Ads Measurement

Google Analytics and Google Ads may process device, browser, consent, page, event, campaign, and conversion information on our behalf. Depending on the applicable regional default and your privacy choice, this may include cookies or similar identifiers, Google Ads click identifiers, and campaign parameters.

When advertising measurement is enabled, we may provide Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account with a one-way SHA-256 hash of the email associated with a subscription purchase, together with an internal account identifier and purchase details. Google uses this information to improve conversion measurement. We do not enable personalized advertising or send the raw email address through these measurement requests.

Google controls its own processing of measurement data. For more information, review the Google Privacy Policy.
